Early-bird tickets for the second annual Outlaw Snowdown music festival will be released via www.outlawsnowdown.com on Nov. 1.
A limited number of $50 passes to the Feb. 8-9 alt-country concert will be available online; once sold out, the weekend passes will run attendees $75.
The 2013 Outlaw Snowdown lineup will feature Texas-country artists Micky and the Motorcars, Detroit honkeytonkers Whitey Morgan and the 78s, returning favorites Hellbound Glory and Lydia Loveless, as well as Fifth on the Floor, an alt-country/southern rock band from Kentucky. Additional artists will be announced.
The two-day show will be held in a heated tent in Town Park the same weekend as Pagosa’s 2013 WinterFest festivities. Last year’s event drew hundreds of out-of-town visitors eager to ski and soak by day and rock out to the genre’s hottest acts by night.
Capacity for this year’s show will remain the same as last year’s and is anticipated to sell out. Locals interested in attending should take advantage of early-bird pricing to secure their spots in the tent. Outlaw Snowdown is an 18-over event.
