Stretch and strengthen at the community center

The community center is offering two new yoga classes in addition to our Tuesday morning yoga at 10 a.m.

Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. join certified instructor Linda Gundelach for Sozo Yoga, a faith-based yoga, and get in touch with your mind, body and spirit.

Also on Thursdays, at 10 a.m., join Margaret Burkesmith, certified yoga instructor, as she leads you into opening up your capacity in all ways, strengthening and stretching your body, breath and mind, while in yoga postures and during flowing movement. Learn to honor yourself while being given options to explore; meet your current and ever-changing abilities, create space within and without.

With questions about Thursday morning yoga, call Margaret Burkesmith, 264-9642, or call the center for questions about our other yoga classes and programs, 264-4152.
