Youth soccer players to begin season

Youth soccer season begins Wednesday, with action in the 5-6 and 7-8 divisions beginning at 5:20 p.m. on the elementary school athletic fields.

Games for the 5-6 and 7-8 divisions have been scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at the elementary school soccer fields, while the 9-10 and 11-12 divisions will play Tuesdays and Thursdays at Yamaguchi Park on South 5th Street.

In addition, local teams in the 5-6 and 7-8 divisions will occasionally play Thursdays against Dulce at the elementary school; the 9-10 and 11-12 divisions will always play Thursdays against Dulce at Yamaguchi Park.
