A fortuitous collaboration between the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts and Elation Center for the Arts brings forth an awe-inspiring spectrum of music, when colorful soundscapes emanate from the PSCA Summer Concert Series, July 10-Aug. 28.
Larry Elginer is a Pagosa cultural treasure and a guiding light in the emergence of Pagosa as a true performing arts center. As musician, comedian, actor, writer, composer and photographer, Elginer’s seemingly boundless creative energies find many avenues of expression.
Elginer’s concert at the center will feature his virtuosic trumpet playing and versatile singing in a mesmerizing program of jazz and classical music. Accompanying Elginer will be pianist John Graves, flautist Jessica Peterson, percussionist D.C. Duncan, bassist Dan Fitzpatrick, pianist Venita Burch, guitarist Carl Mori, singer June Marquez and cello banjoist Paul Roberts.
