ORDINANCE 771, AN ORDINANCE IDENTIFYING THE PLACE OF PUBLICATION AFTER THE FIRST AND SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AND AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE. The second reading of Ordinance No. 768 (Series 2012) was completed at the Pagosa Springs Town Council Meeting held on May 17, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Town Hall. ORDINANCE NO. 768 (SERIES 2012), AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY BY THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS, COLORADO OF A GROUND LEASE BETWEEN THE TOWN AS LESSOR AND T-MOBILE AS LESSEE WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON RESERVOIR HILL; AUTHORIZING OFFICIALS OF THE TOWN TO TAKE ALL ACTION NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE TRANSACTION CONTEMPLATED HEREBY AND PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS. The Ordinance went into effect immediately upon its final passage at second reading on May 17, 2012. The full text of the Ordinance is available at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall.

The Town has received an application for a front yard setback Variance to allow construction of a garage within the required front yard setback at 273 Mesa Drive, aka; Pagosa Springs Mesa Heights Block 1, Lot 6. The Board of Adjustments will consider the Variance application as it relates to the Town’s Land Use Development Code at a public hearing on June 12, 2012 at 5:15pm in Town Hall, located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone interested in more information should contact the Town Planning Department. Public comments will be heard at the public hearing and written comments will be accepted in advance of the public hearing. Comments received prior to the public hearing will be forwarded to the Board of Adjustments for consideration.
