Request for Proposals
Proposals for Engineering, Design and Construction Management Services for South 8th Street Sidewalks and Multi-Use Trail to 10th Street will be received by the Town of Pagosa Springs, at the Planning Department office located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd, P.O. Box 1859, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147, until 5:00 P.M. on April 20, 2012. The project generally consists of Design, Engineering, Final Plan Preparation and Construction Management Services for the construction of approximately 850 lineal feet of 6 foot wide sidewalk along S. 8th Street to the Hwy 160 intersection, and approximately 1050 lineal feet of 10 foot wide multi-use, hard surfaced trail from S. 8th Street heading west. All work will be in accordance with AASHTO, CDOT, ADA, MUTCD and Town requirements. Copies of the “Request for Proposal” may be obtained after March 29, 2012, at the Town’s web page: TownOfPagosaSprings.Com. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for April 9, 2012 at 1pm in Town Hall for prospective proposers, and will include an on-site walk through of the project. It is the Town’s wish to begin construction of this project in 2012.

San Juan Basin Health Department Board of Health Public Notice: Notice is hereby given that the San Juan Basin Health Department Board of Health will hold a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing and taking public comment on a requested variance from the requirements of the Department’s On-Site Wastewater System Regulations - 2011. The hearing involves relocating an on-site wastewater system to a dedicated easement that is not part of the same lot as the origin of the sewage. The lot is located at 1250 Celadon Drive East, Durango, La Plata County, CO. All persons may appear and present oral and written testimony regarding this matter at this public hearing.
