On Sunday, March 25, the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will celebrate Justice Sunday with a service which unfolds a bit differently than usual.
Pauline Benetti and Merilyn Moorhead have orchestrated a medley on the theme of justice.
They point out that, “Justice Sunday falls in March, the month after we celebrate the birth of Martin Luther King Jr. and Black History Month. These two events help to awaken us to the ‘mountain of inequality’ that not only threatens our social fabric and our Democracy but, most critically, challenges our individual humanity.”
Pauline and Merilyn, with help from the Fellowship, will conduct this participatory exploration.
The service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Hall and child care will be provided. The address is Unit B-15, Greenbriar Plaza. Turn East on Greenbriar Drive off North Pagosa Boulevard by the fire station, then left into the back parking lot and look for the big sign. All are welcome.
