The League of Women Voters has cancelled a candidate’s forum scheduled for March 29.

The forum was to have featured the five candidates in the upcoming election for three at-large seats on the Pagosa Springs Town Council: Clint Alley, Tracy Bunning, Bob Hart, David Schanzenbaker and Mark Weiler.

According to a statement released Tuesday by League spokesperson Pauline Benetti, “The League of Women Voters announced that the March 29 forum presenting candidates for the April 3 election to Town Council is cancelled due to scheduling problems and will not be rescheduled.”
