Colorado Parks and Wildlife will be hosting a meeting to inform the public about the status of a proposed public shooting range in Archuleta County.

The process for developing a shooting range in the Pagosa Springs area has been underway for several years. The meeting will be an opportunity to learn about the project and the locations currently being considered.

The meeting will be at 6 p.m., Feb. 28, in the County Extension Building at the fairgrounds, 344 U.S. 84, south of Pagosa Springs.
