‘Love: The Final Frontier” this week’s UU topic

On Sunday, February 12, the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship service topic will be “Love:  The Final Frontier,” presented by Dr. Pam Kircher, MD, CHT.

In this provocative talk, Pam will contrast views of love from mystical traditions and from psychological perspectives, inviting listeners to look more deeply into how they view love and how those views motivate their behavior in decisions that they make on a daily basis.

Pam Kircher is a retired hospice and family physician, and an expert and author on near death experiences.  Her interest in mystical traditions spans her lifetime, from early life to the present.  Her interest in psychological traditions includes graduate school in psychology before focusing on psychiatry in medical school and residency, and a career in mind/body medicine, which most recently includes a certification in alchemical hypnotherapy.

The service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Hall and child care will be provided.  The address is Unit B-15, Greenbriar Plaza.  Turn East on Greenbriar Drive off North Pagosa Boulevard by the fire station, then left into the back parking lot and look for the big sign.  All are welcome.
