The Ruby Sisson Library will host two personal health events this December.
Take some time for yourself and learn how to improve your diet and take better care of your body.
On Thursday, Dec. 8, from 6-7 p.m., local author, wellness coach and vegan chef Tess Challis will enlighten attendees on how to make 2012 a year of healthy eating habits.
On Thursday, Dec. 15, from 6-7 p.m., learn how to be proactive with your health. Physical therapist and exercise physiologist Joe Shuksteris will discuss ways to improve daily health and body care.
Both events are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
