St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church Men’s Group is hosting a “Steak and Stein” celebration of fall on Oct. 19 at the Parish Hall on South Pagosa Boulevard from 6-8 p.m.
All men are invited to bring their favorite meat and beverage for our ready grills and hosts to help with the meat grilling. We will provide salads and desserts for this event.
The dinner will be followed with a talk by Rich Lindblad, the new executive director of the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation.
After Rich moved to Pagosa Springs nine years ago, he joined the Small Business Development Center at Fort Lewis College, where he is still part of the Business Advisor Network, teaches classes and provides mentoring support for businesses in Archuleta County. He will speak to us about the importance of having a Community Development Center here in Pagosa Springs that can improve the health of our community and how we, as local citizens, can have a strong influence on its mission and ultimate results.
The Men’s Group invites any and all interested men in the Pagosa Springs area to join us for this evening of conversation and enjoyment.
If you do plan to attend, call the office at St. Patrick’s office, 731-5801, with your name and the number of persons to expect.
