Do you need continuing education credits as a lawyer or Realtor?
If so, Water 101 is for you.
Or, perhaps, you are a private citizen or educator with an interest in water.
Water 101 is for you, too.
The Water Information Program is pleased to sponsor a Water 101 Seminar on Friday, Oct. 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Ross Aragon Community Center, 451 Hot Springs Blvd.
The seminar qualifies for seven continuing education credits for lawyers and eight continuing education credits for Realtors.
The seminar features a lineup of qualified speakers, including the keynote — the knowledgeable, popular and entertaining Colorado Supreme Court Justice, Gregory Hobbs.
In addition, representatives from federal, state and local water agencies will provide a basic understanding of water and related issues in the area.
The fee is $35 before Sept. 30, or $40 after that date or at the door (includes lunch, snack and information packet).
For more information and/or to register, contact the Water Information Program at 247-1302.
