La Plata Electric Association requests a recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit application to reconstruct and upgrade their existing Ponderosa electrical substation at an alternate site across Highway 160 from the existing site with a variance from the 40 foot height restriction to allow structural framework and lightening protection to be constructed to approximately 48 feet. The alternate site is located on a portion of the Parelli Property, 7110 Highway 160 which is approximately 3 miles west of Pagosa Springs town limits.

Keyah Grande, LLC, located at 13211 Highway 160 West, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147 [(970) 731-2158], has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Keyah Grande Aggregate Mining Operation, and is located at or near Sections 5, 6, 7 & 8, Township 36 North, Range 9 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is July 2011, and the proposed date of completion is November 2013. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat. The Plaintiff named above is the judgment creditor in this action and the lienor of the property pursuant to the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, Colorado revised Statutes, §33-33.3-316(2)(a), and the Plaintiff’s Property Owners Association Declaration for Eagles’ Loft Property Owners Association. As of April 18, 2011, the outstanding balance due and owing on such judgment is $ 1,945.80.
I shall offer for public sale to the highest bidder, for case, at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the defendants in said property on Aug. 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office, 449 San Juan St., Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.
