The goal of the program is to provide a fun, nurturing and creative experience for your child, no matter what age or skill level.  They youngsters will learn new techniques, extend their understanding of art concepts, and build self-confidence, all while being encouraged to experiment, play and express themselves freely.

The classes will be The Ancient Arts in which children will discover the artistic riches of ancient cultures. They will create their own Egyptian clay canopic jar, Chinese dragon masks and more. In Eco Art campers will reduce, recycle and reuse to discover the art possibilities. In It’s About Time, campers create a clock by recycling materials. Clayin’ Around introduces the basics of everyone’s favorite medium ... clay. In Groovin’ Art the kids get into the 1960s pop culture by tye-dying T-shirts, listening and singing to music, and doing other cool art.

Students need to “dress for mess” and wear comfortable older clothes. They need to bring a snack, water, lunch and a good Art-i-tude!
