Words will never express the gratitude and appreciation for all the love, support and kindness shown us during our recent loss of Cleda M. Campbell. We are humbled to know that our community has embraced us, supported us and comforted us during this difficult time. Thank you for all the calls, cards, flowers, food and words of encouragement. The winners of this year’s chess tourney were fifth-grader Jared Stilts in first place. Second place was second-grader Gabriel Heraty, and fourth-grader Dustin Wright. Special thanks to Doug McCarty for running the tourney and purchasing chess sets for all the participants, and Karl and Joanne Irons for purchasing books and trophies.
The Keyawa family is honored to give thanks to our district attorney Todd Risberg for his virtuosity in choosing fine individuals to represent our county.
We want to give special thanks to the assistant prosecutor Aaryn Richardson, the district investigator George Daniels and Marty Goldfarb, the victim advocate, for rising above the call of duty and producing the conviction and sentencing of the three kids who physically assaulted our son and vandalized his vehicle on Nov. 7, 2010. But most of all, thanks for believing our son, Nathan.
