Student art exhibit opens Friday

The Advanced Student Art Exhibit, for local youngsters in grades seven-12 opens Friday, May 6.

The exhibit will showcase some of the many talented student artists in our area.

Each student brings a unique view and style to their artwork. The level of creativity reaches out to viewers and encourages thought and contemplation, creating an interaction with the artwork.

We thank the students for their entries and are proud to present this exhibit, which will be held at Estudio Y Galleria located at 84 Goldmine Drive.

Enjoy the exhibit opening and an artists’ reception on May 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. Gail Hershey, middle school art teacher, and Janet Knocke, high school art teacher, are the coordinators of this special art show, which will run through May 20.

Honors for Trenholm
