Have you ever lost weight, only to gain it back within a year?
Have you ever decided to leave an unfulfilling relationship or job, but felt unable to do so?
Have you ever wondered why, on the verge of success, the rug seemed to get pulled out from under you, by some invisible force?
In the final seminar in her Healing Through Hypnotherapy series, Ilene Haykus will teach archetypal (universal) aspects of the personality, such as the Inner Judge and the Inner Rebel, the Inner Cynic and the Inner Romantic, Mr. or Ms. Together and the Hidden Saboteur, which, in conflict with each other, can make decision-making and behavioral change difficult and success slip out of reach.
This workshop will introduce you to effective strategies for creating inner harmony and achieving your goals. The class will be held Saturday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Pagosa Springs. (Location will be given upon pre-registration, which is required.) Cost is $60. Since this is an all-day workshop, participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch and snacks, if desired. Herbal tea will be provided.
The “Healing Through Hypnotherapy” seminars are sponsored by Southwest Light and Learning Center, a nonprofit 501(c)3 institute for higher awareness. More information may be obtained at the website, www.southwestlight.org. Call the instructor to reserve your space, 731-0553.
