SHY RABBIT continues ‘Spring View’ through June 5

SHY RABBIT launched “Spring View” on Saturday to a large and enthusiastic crowd of new and returning visitors.

Viewers greatly enjoyed this impressive selection of reductive woodcuts, skillfully crafted ceramics and fine-art prints, and commented:

“Beautiful. Another great show by SHY RABBIT!”

“I need to spend another afternoon here. There is so much to see!”

“I love it all. This show makes me really happy.”

This colorful three-person exhibition continues through Sunday, June 5, featuring a large selection of nature-inspired woodcuts by Jean Gumpper, Colorado; several elegant ceramic sculptures by Jeff Pender, North Carolina; and a wide variety of sculptural and functional ceramics by D. Michael Coffee, Colorado.

An assortment of unique fine art prints are also on display in SHY RABBIT’s foyer gallery by artists Jill Sykes, Ron Fundingsland and Maureen May.

In addition, a wide variety of unique, hand-pressed monoprints are on display in SHY RABBIT’s print studio gallery by gallery artists.

SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts; Gallery, Studio and Workshops is located at 333 Bastille Drive; two blocks north of U.S. 160, off of North Pagosa Boulevard, west of the City Market complex.

SHY RABBIT houses a fine art gallery and working ceramic studio, two mixed-media workshops and rotating exhibition spaces.

SHY RABBIT is currently open to the public Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at no charge, and evenings by appointment. Ample parking is available in front of the building.
