Ilene Haykus continues her series of hypnotherapy seminars on Saturday, March 26, through Southwest Light and Learning Center, a nonprofit institute for higher awareness in Pagosa Springs.
The weekend seminars include “Discovering Your Inner Wisdom” in the morning session and “Exploring Past Lives” in the afternoon. The morning session is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the afternoon session from 2 to 5.
Within each one of us are the answers we seek to the most important questions of our lives. Inner guides are resources, which can offer us advice about relationships, career and physical health, which can be more profound and appropriate than what we’re told by others. In the morning seminar you will meet that wise part of your Self. Cost is $35.
In the afternoon, Ilene will discuss different explanations for the theory that we have lived before, and learn how knowledge of past lives (real or imagined) can have a profound effect upon our current life circumstances. Specific topics to be addressed will include phobias, compulsive relationships, creativity and the consequences of karmic acts. Cost is $35.
You can take one or both sessions. The final “Healing through Hypnotherapy” seminar will be held Saturday, April 23. Information is available at www.southwestlight.org.
Ilene Haykus holds a master’s degree in psychology from Antioch University. She has lived in Pagosa Springs since 1995 and has been practicing and teaching hypnotherapy since 1989.
