Building upon the overwhelming success of the SHY RABBIT 2009 / 2010 Print National Juried Exhibitions, and in keeping trend with a rapidly growing global marketplace, the “SHY RABBIT Print International 3” Call for Entries has been expanded to include submissions from international artists.
Internationally recognized printmaker and professor Juergen Strunck will review all submissions for consideration.
Special Recognition will be given to an exemplary print selected from this exhibit through a Purchase Award. The work will become part of the SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts’ permanent collection of prints.
All juried works will be represented online through the SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts’ website, in a gallery format created specifically for this exhibit with its own independent URL. Each piece in the online gallery will be displayed with the artist’s name, media information, size information and retail pricing (unframed).
This exhibit will remain online for one year, to maximize its exposure to an ever-expanding worldwide market.
The “SHY RABBIT Print International 3” is open to any artist 18 years of age or older. Original contemporary works in traditional and nontraditional printmaking media including book arts, three-dimensional and mixed media prints are eligible. All submissions must have been completed within the last three years. Straight or purely digital prints and photography are not eligible.
