Tara Mandala and the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship present a three-month-long meditation course based on the life and teachings of the Buddha.
The group will meet each Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-noon from Jan. 8 through March 26. It is open to the public, and drop-ins are welcome.
The teacher, Debra Quayle Travis, is a resident teacher at Tara Mandala and the program manager there. She has been on the Buddhist path for almost thirty years and is an experienced practitioner and teacher. There is no cost for the group although donations are gratefully accepted.
For more information, call Debra at 731-3711, Ext. 107, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The group will meet at the Pagosah Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 301 N. Pagosa Blvd. Unit B15.
