The U.S, Forest Service is selling Christmas tree permits at the Pagosa Ranger District for $8 a permit.

The office is located at 180 Pagosa St., in downtown Pagosa Springs.

The Pagosa Ranger District office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and it will close Dec. 24 for the Christmas holiday. Be sure to get your tree before that date.
