NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the San Juan River Village Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2011. A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Rod Rea and Associates 452 Pagosa St. Suite B, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to CRS 30-28-116 that the Board of County Commissioners of Archuleta County, Colorado, will hold a public hearing to consider revisions to the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations. These proposed changes are to the following Sections of the Land Use Regulations: 2 – Land Use Review, 3 – Zoning, 4 – Subdivisions, 9 – Mining, and 11 – Definitions.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 1:30 PM in the County Courthouse, Commissioner’s meeting room at 449 San Juan Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

Public Hearings scheduled regarding adoption of the

“Highway 160 Access Control Plan (ACP)”.

Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Commission will consider a recommendation for Town Councils approval of the ACP at a public hearing scheduled for December 14, 2010 at 5pm in Town Hall.

Pagosa Springs Town Council will consider the Planning Commissions recommendation to adopt the ACP at a public hearing scheduled for December 16, 2010 at 12noon in Town Hall.

Anyone wishing to provide comments regarding the adoption of the ACP, may attend the above public hearings located in Pagosa Springs Town Hall, 551 Hot Springs Blvd or call the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151 x225.

A Conditional Use Permit on approximately 17 acres of a portion of 2,145 acres is proposed in portions of Sections 4 and 9, Township 35N, Range 2W, N.M.P.M. The proposal is for a major gravel extraction operation on the property.
