“Ladies Night Out” means a fabulous night of shopping, food and drinks, but best of all the event benefits the large animals of our community.
Some of the proceeds of this night will go directly to feeding unwanted horses through the upcoming winter.
Last year’s event was so much fun, we’re repeating the whole thing again at the Winslow on the Shire. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, Oct. 12, from 4 to 8 p.m.
This year, 20 local vendors and crafters are offering spectacular items for purchase: Home Again, Bull Chic, Goodman’s, Earthsense, Artist Within, Down to Earth, Queen Bee, Pampered Chef, Outfitter, Avon, Coyote Jane, Scentsy, New Skin and Special Talents, are some of our great local retailers bringing new and exciting merchandise. Jewelry Jewelry Jewelry, local artists Treva Wheeless, Lattie Da Designs, Annie Jacobi, Black Swan, Catherine Frye and Jane Schur will show their spectacular designs.
In LASSO tradition, fabulous food and libations will be plentiful. Tickets are $25 per person and advance purchase is recommended.
Wonderful door prizes will be given away. In addition, tickets for the ongoing “Snaffle Drawing” are still available for $5 per ticket at the door or prior to the event at Pagosa Feed and Nursery and Home Again. The fabulous “Snaffle” prizes include four sessions with Natural Horsesman Terry Wilson; seven one-hour horse sessions with Natural Horsewoman Petra Christensen; a $100 gift certificate to Elk Park Animal Hospital; a $300 one night stay at Coyote Lodge; a $200 turquoise necklace by Lattie-Da Design; a $45 Natural Balance horse trim with Matt Cole; and a bag of RanchWay Hi Fat Defiance Horse Feed courtesy of Pagosa Feed and Nursery.
We look forward to seeing everyone there supporting our local vendors and LASSO horse rescue.
