Public Notice is hereby given that on September 10, 2010 an application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License to be issued to Offshore, LLC was filed with the County Clerk & Recorder of Archuleta County, Colorado. The premises to be known as Austin’s, more particularly described as 68 Bastille Drive, Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
Notice is further given that a hearing upon said application will be held on October 19, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in the County Commissioners Meeting Room located in the Archuleta County Courthouse in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
At said time and place, all parties of interest shall be allowed to appear in support of, or in opposition to, the granting of said license by petitions, objections or personal appearances.
