The Archuleta County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m. in the Board of County Commissioners’ meeting room at the Archuleta County Courthouse.

Public attendance is welcome and encouraged.

The agenda will include:

A work session from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to include:

• Discussion of zoning designations and area of influence — possible next steps of work that have been done jointly with Town Planning Commission.

• Discussion of process to correct improperly subdivided properties.

• Prioritization of road show public comments for future workshops. Staff will provide those comments in hard copy for discussion.

The regular meeting will be held from 7:30-8 p.m.

The agenda includes:

Approval of planning commission minutes: Sept. 9, 2010 and Sept. 23, 2010.

Discussion of the first planning commission meeting of November, which is scheduled on a county holiday (Veteran’s Day).

Possible vote on items from work session above.
