I. Stanley Levine passed away on Sept. 20, 2010, at the age of 81. He is survived by a loving family: his wife and greatest love Elaine; children Kenneth (Sue); Robert (Mimi); Tina (Bill); and Alan (Jen), and five grandchildren: Kyle, Max, Daniel, Spencer and Sabina.
He was a brilliant business attorney and well traveled man who led an exceptional life, which words alone cannot describe. Serving as an inspiration for everyone he met, he was a true Renaissance man who pursued and enjoyed a selfless life enriched by love of family, community involvement, charity, historic preservation, business, sports and an unwavering dedication to the cultural arts. He helped form and voluntarily served on numerous non-profit boards and committees, and championed cultural outreach, education and counseling for underprivileged children.
He touched the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and work with him and he was always willing to lend a helping hand or helpful idea to anyone who needed it. He leaves a big hole in the heart of all who knew him. We will miss him very much, but rejoice heartily in his wonderful life and spirit and the blessings, enlightenment and guidance he gave us all.
