PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review a Variance Request for placing a 676 sq. ft. garage on a property prior to the primary residential structure is built. The applicant is proposing placing the garage at 296 Lewis Street, aka Lot 25 & Lot 26, block 3, townsite of Pagosa Springs. A public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2010 to be held in Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Boulevard. Anyone wishing to comment should contact the Town Planning Department or attend the public hearing and be heard.

INVITATION TO BID

Separate sealed BIDS for Cibola Ct. Construction Project will be received by Colorado Housing, Inc. at the office of Davis Engineering Service, Inc., 188 South 8th Street, P.O. Box 1208, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, until 2:00 P.M. on August 31, 2010, and then at said office privately opened.

A pre-bid conference and inspection trip for prospective Bidders will be held at the office of Davis Engineering Service, Inc.
