The Pagosa Springs Arts Council is still accepting submissions for its art exhibit “Art of the American West,” showing from Sept. 9 through Oct. 5.

An opening reception will be held for this exhibit on Thursday, Sept. 9 

Works in any medium in 2 or 3 dimensions may be submitted. 

Entry fees:

Members: $35 for three entries and $5 for each entry over three.

Non-members: $40 for three entries and $5 for each entry over three.

Commission: The PSAC will receive 20 percent of all sales.

Deadline: Artwork must be received by the PSAC, either in person, or via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex, by 5 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2010.

Shipping address: Artwork should be shipped to Pagosa Springs Arts Council, 450 Lewis St., No. B2, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

Promotional images: Please e-mail images of your pieces, as soon as possible, to Roxanne Schick for promotional purposes.
