Get ready for seventh annual picnic extravaganza

The Ross Aragon Community Center’s picnic extravaganza is set for 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 1.

This will be the seventh year we bring this celebration to the community. There will be free punch and cake, and 50-cent hot dogs, while they last.

The San Juan Back Country Horsemen of America, Pagosa Springs Chapter have donated to this celebration so, a thank you goes out to this fine organization.

Remember to bring your favorite picnic foods and drinks. You can join in on all the singing and dancing — our lineup of entertainment is fantastic: line dancers, Israeli folk dancers, Zimbabwean marimbas (not drums as I wrote in a previoius column), live world music, and our great sing-along with the DJ Dude.,
