Events are scheduled in Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31.

American Legion Post 108 will conduct a memorial service at the Legion Hall, 287 Hermosa St. in downtown Pagosa Springs, beginning at 8:45 a.m.

Following the service, American Legion members will depart the Legion Hall for Hilltop Cemetery for a memorial service at 10:15 a.m. to honor our deceased veterans. A Catholic Mass will be held at Hilltop Cemetery at 9 a.m.

Memorial Day services will be held at the Allison-Tiffany Cemetery at 11 a.m. The cemetery is located on County Road 329, east of Allison

A Catholic Mass will be held at the Rosa Cemetery, in Arboles, at 10 a.m.

The public is invited to all Memorial Day services.
