Legal Notice (Invitation to Bid)

Invitation for Bids: Rehabilitation of North Apron, Archuleta County Airport (Steven’s Field). The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners invites qualified Contractors to submit bids to provide construction services at the Archuleta County Airport, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared for the project.

In order to be considered for selection, respondents must submit a complete response to this invitation. One set of bids, clearly marked “Rehabilitation of North Apron”, may be submitted to Larry Walton, Contracts and Procurement Officer, Archuleta County Courthouse, 449 San Juan Street (PO Box 1507) Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, 970-264-8555, until 2:00 pm March 25, 2010. As soon as practical after the bid closing time, all bids shall be opened in public and read aloud. Bids received after the closing time shall be returned unopened to the bidder.

The complete Invitation for Bid and related instructions, proposal and contract forms, terms and conditions, technical specifications and geotechnical report are available directly from the project engineer for a fee of $25; Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc., 5600 South Quebec Street, Suite 340-C, Greenwood Village, Colorado, 80111, Phone: (303) 409-9700, Fax: (303) 409-9701, Attention: Mr. Alex McKean. Technical questions, inquiries or requests for additional information should be directed to Mr. Alex McKean. Responses will be in the form of Addenda.
