Register now to attend a Breeze Workshop: Poisonous Plants and New Developments in Rangeland Grasses.
The class will be held 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, at the Archuleta County Extension Office in Pagosa Springs
The workshop fee is $15 per person and includes workshop materials and lunch.
This workshop is appropriate for producers, private landowners, land management agency personnel and veterinarians. Presenters will highlight the most recent research and management alternatives for western rangelands.

Friday, Jan. 29, at 4 p.m. is the deadline for signing up for any 4-H livestock project for 2010.
You must declare any and all livestock projects to the 4-H Coordinator at 264-5931.
Members will be able to drop any livestock project after this date.
If the Extension office does not have your enrollment form, enrollment fees and livestock project/s entered, you will not be able to take this project, thus you will not be able to show at the 2010 County Fair.
Monday, Feb. 1, at 6 p.m. all 4-H Livestock members are required to attend the Mandatory Livestock Meeting. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Jan. 29 — 4 p.m., 4-H Livestock declaration deadline.
Feb. 1 — 6 p.m., Mandatory 4-H Livestock meeting.
Feb. 2 — 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Poisonous plant workshop.
Feb. 2 — 6:30 p.m., Colorado Kids Club.
Feb. 3 — 5:30 p.m., 4-H Candymaking.
Feb. 4 — 9 a.m., Master Gardener course.
Feb. 4 — 6:30 p.m., Shady Pine Club.
