The Archuleta County Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the Board of County Commissioners’ meeting room, Archuleta County Courthouse.

• Presentation for review and recommendation of Eagle Mountain Gravel Pit Conditional Use Permit, Pagosa Springs.
This is a request to permit a major gravel extraction operation on a portion of 2,150 acres near Pagosa Springs.
The property, also known as Dutton Creek Ranch, Section 9, Township 35N, Range 2W, New Mexico Principal Meridian, located approximately .75 mile from the intersection of Cloman Boulevard and Piedra Rd. (CR 600), Archuleta County.

• Land Use Regulation amendments.
Amend Section 2.2 Public Notice Requirements of the Land Use Regulations to change:
1) The length of time and number of times a public notification must be provided; and
