As part of the regular meeting of the Board of Health commencing at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2009, at San Juan Basin Health, 281 Sawyer Drive, Durango, Colorado 81303, the Board of Health will hold the following Public Hearings: (1) commencing at approximately 2:05 p.m. a Public Hearing on the adoption of a revised fee schedule for the Environmental Health Division; and (2) commencing immediately following the Public Hearing on fees, there will be a Public Hearing for the adoption of the 2010 fiscal year budget and a Public Hearing on the adoption of the amended budget for 2009 fiscal year budget.
