This is a request to review and consider and direct staff and/or developer on the River’s Gate at Pagosa Springs Planned Unit Development General Development Plan on approximately 445 acres near Pagosa Springs: Section 18, Township 35N, Range 1W New Mexico Principal Meridian, Archuleta County, Colorado.
