John and Dana Ogorzalek are the local owners of All Purpose Storage and U-Haul, and Chip Frautschy, left, is the resident manager. The facility is located just south of U.S. 160, across from Big O Tires.

The owners are excited to be in Pagosa and cleaning up the property, with plans to add more than 30 trees and other landscaping, and to improve the road with a combination of cement and gravel.
