Sealed bids for Excavation, Natural Soil Liner, and Related Construction for Phase 3 at the Archuleta County Landfill will be received by the Archuleta County, CO at the office of Contracts and Procurement, Archuleta County Courthouse, 449 San Juan Street, P.O. Box 1507, Pagosa Springs, CO, 81147, until noon MDT on August 4, 2009 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Copies of the BID DOCUMENTS may be obtained from the ENGINEER at the address above Attn: Kym Glaspey (303-980-0540) upon payment of $20 for each document and a mailing fee of $10 if applicable. Checks need to be made payable to “Golder Associates Inc.”. No refund of fees will be given.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and inspection for prospective bidders will be held at the project site at 10 a.m. MDT on July 24, 2009. Archuleta County, Colorado is in the process of finalizing the above listed project constructed by Strohecker Asphalt & Paving, Inc. Any claims against this project by suppliers, subcontractors, or others should be delivered to the project engineering firm of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. at 188 S. 8th Street, P.O. The Pagosa Springs Town Council will be having a public hearing on Ordinance No. 742. ORDINANCE NO. 742, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF IMPACT FEE PAYMENTS.
