Pagosa gymnasts bring home two all-around titles

Pagosa gymnasts participated in their first competition of the season in Evergreen, Colo. Eight teams competed in the weekend event.

Isabelle Pajak and Miah Pitcher were the first to compete for the Level 5 team.

Pitcher was the all-around champion in the junior age division. She also placed second on vault, third on bars and beam and fourth on floor.

Isabelle Pajak was seventh in the all-around, beam and floor and brought home the silver medal on the uneven bars.

The Optional group consisting of Hannah Rohrich, Zoe Rohrich, Sierra Trout, Gabrielle Pajak and Toni Stoll were the next to perform.

In the junior division for Optional 6, Hannah Rohrich received the bronze medal in the all-around, a bronze medal on both bars and beam and took the silver medal on vault.

Trout placed fourth in the all-around for the juniors and placed fourth in every event.

Zoe Rohrich placed fourth in the all-around in the senior division, fifth on floor, fourth on vault, third on beam and second on bars.

Stoll performed confidently and easily took the all-around championships for the Optional 7 group. Stoll was the balance beam champion, placed second on vault and third on beam and floor.

The gymnasts look forward to their next competition in Monument in mid May.
