Boston Boys to make Colorado debut at Folk ‘N Bluegrass Festival

The Boston Boys is a new band of musicians emerging from the hotbed of talented young players in the hip Boston music scene featuring Eric Roberston (Polecat Creek), Sam Grisman (the David Grisman Bluegrass Experience) and Nate Leath (Old School Freight Train).

All band members are either students at or alumni of the prestigious Berklee School of Music.

The Boston Boys’ sound is contemporary roots rock, blending reverence for the Beatles and the energy of the Avett Brothers, with hints of Appalachian string band music.

This talented group of musicians will make its Colorado debut at the Free Friday Concert in Town Park on Friday, June 5, at 6:30 p.m. (concert gets underway at 5 p.m.).

They will also play the main stage of the Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass festival on Saturday, June 6, at 3:45 p.m.

Tickets to the Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass Festival can be purchased downtown at Moonlight Books or at Re•Sport in the Pagosa Lakes City Market shopping center. Tickets and additional information are also available on the festival’s Web site: or by calling (877) 472-4672.
