Soup for the Soul enriches the lives of hospice patients

The fifth annual Soup for the Soul event promises to warm body and soul as some of the finest restaurants and caterers of Pagosa Springs feature delicious soups, appetizers and desserts to benefit Hospice of Mercy.

The event will take place from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Pagosa Springs Community Center.

In addition to enjoying a delicious meal, guests will be able to participate in a silent auction featuring works of art by many local artists and enjoy live music.

 Participating restaurants include: Alley House Grille, Boss Hog’s Restaurant and Saloon, Pagosa Brewing Company, Eddie’s Uptown Grille, Farrago Market Cafe, Higher Grounds Coffee, JJ’s Riverwalk Restaurant & Pub, Mountain Spirits Liquor & Wine, Dorothy’s Restaurant, Pagosa Baking Company, The Floured Apron Bakery, Victoria’s Parlor.

The cost is $25 per person; seating is limited.
