Cats and kittens galore this holiday season

The Humane Society of Pagosa Springs shelter is overflowing with cats and kittens.

At the present time, the shelter is housing 44 felines.

To help lower the population, the Humane Society is offering a really sweet holiday offer: from today, Dec. 11, through Sunday, Dec. 14, the adoption fee will be drastically reduced. This fee includes a wonderful, spayed or neutered cat or kitten, feline leukemia vaccination, microchip, and a five-pound bag of Science Diet Cat Food, all for the reduced price of only $10. That is a savings of $20 over the regular and reasonable adoption fee of $30.

The animal shelter needs our community’s help in finding homes for these adorable animals. Visit the shelter at 465 Cloman Boulevard to see what is available and decide for yourself if one of these beautiful cats or kittens is destined to go home with you.
