Latin dance for everyone

Learn to cha cha and more with Phyllis Dodson on 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the Pagosa Lakes Clubhouse.

Phyllis Dodson is an experienced teacher who shares her love of Latin dance in this new Elation Center for the Arts class featuring easy salsa moves, the cha cha, meringue and simple waltz.

For beginners and experienced dancers this will be a unique perspective on Latin dance from a dancer who spent 10 years touring with the band Brave Combo, and performing all over the world. During the band’s high energy shows, Phyllis was often on the floor with the audience teaching and sharing, and encouraging everyone to get up and dance.

Help ECA welcome Phyllis to the Pagosa dance scene on Nov. 5.

Class fee is $5.
