Planning Commission

The Archuleta County Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the commissioners’ meeting room at the county courthouse.

Public comment is welcome and encouraged.

• Request for review and recommendation of the Final Plat for the O’Donnell Minor Subdivision — Plat Amendment to Pagosa In The Pines (MIS-FP 2008-07).

The applicant is requesting approval of the Final Plat application for a minor subdivision to resubdivide (unconsolidated) two consolidated lots: Lot 26X, Block 3, Pagosa in the Pines.

Owner/agent: Michael and Cheryl O’Donnell.

Planner: Cindy Schultz.

• Presentation for review of a rezoning proposal for the Kerrigan property.

This is a request to rezone the 179-acre (approximate) Kerrigan property from AR (Agricultural Ranching) to AE (Agricultural Estate) for subdivision and transfer/resale: Township 32, Section 2, Range 6W, N.M.P.M.; 3531 County Road 973, Ignacio, Colo.

Owner: Patrick and Elayne Kerrigan.
